You can integrate Smartlook with your helpdesk, CRM solution, or analytics tool, and associate the URL of a session recording with a user in your tickets.

For website projects, we’ve direct integration for all the major platforms, which can be enabled directly from your project settings under the Integrations tab. Please also see our Integrating with third-party systems article. For mobile projects, please check the section at the bottom of this article.

Integrations for website projects

Google Analytics

This integration allows you to play your visitors’ recordings directly from Google Analytics. That’ll save you time. You don’t have to recreate settings in Smartlook to display recordings related to whatever you’re looking at.

Intercom

Our integration with Intercom allows you to play your visitors’ recordings directly from Intercom.

You can see what your customers are doing on your website while you’re chatting with them.

Slack

Our integration with Slack allows you to seamlessly share the recordings and notes directly from the Smartlook player to the designated Slack channel.

Zendesk

Integration with Zendesk allows you to play your visitors’ recordings directly from your tickets. This Smartlook integration is great for your support team while troubleshooting your customers’ issues.


Piwik PRO

This integration allows you to access your visitors’ recordings directly from the Piwik PRO Analytics dashboard. There Smartlook will create a “Recording event” with a playUrl of the session recording.

Sentry

Thanks to this integration, you’ll be able to see links to your visitors’ recordings in your Sentry issues.


Mixpanel

Our integration with Mixpanel allows you to see your visitors’ recording URLs in your event feed and directly access them.

NOTE: If you’re using a different platform, you can still fetch and save recording URLs into your own service using our Recording API.
