You can integrate Smartlook with your helpdesk or CRM solution and automatically associate the URL of session recordings with a user in your tickets.

We have direct integration for the major platforms, which can be enabled directly from your project settings under the ''Integrations'' tab.

You can request a new integration by clicking the plus (+) button on the top right of the list of integrations.

If you’re using a different platform, you can still fetch and save recording URLs into your own service by using our Recording API.
