If you've a website running on Shopify, you may find that Smartlook works on all the pages, but it doesn't record the checkout section of your website. This is due to the fact that Shopify checkout has been disabled for custom edits, due to the sensitive information which is handled during the checkout process.

What you're able to record through, is an order status page. In that case, you may want to add the Smartlook tracking code to Shopify in the Additional Scripts section under Settings > Checkout. This section can be used to add scripts to the ''Order Status'' page that customers reach after completing an order. This can help you, for example, to record their final step, in case you'd like to set up a conversion funnel for your checkout process.

Just copy the tracking script from the corresponding project and add it under ''Additional scripts.'' Need to refresh where to find it? Check out our installation guide.
