Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 („CCPA“) we are considered a “business”. According to the CCPA we will process your personal information for the purposes and duration as is stated forth in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a consumer from California, you have:

  • the right to know about the personal information we collect about you and how it is used and shared – this is fulfilled by our Privacy Policy as stated above;

  • the right to have your personal information that we collected from you, deleted (with some exceptions);

  • the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights;

  • the right to withdraw your consent – if we process your personal information under your consent and you withdraw your consent, we shall delete your personal information previously processed and will not be keep it further.

You also have rights stipulated in the Privacy Policy. Those, and all your rights under the CCPA may be exercised via e-mail address privacy@smartlook.com.

For purposes of the CCPA, we do not sell your personal information and we also do not have any information about selling of your personal information by third parties to which we provide your personal data.

Before fulfilling any of your requests, we will take steps to verify your identity. Therefore, when you make a request, we may ask you to reasonably verify who you are and to provide us with additional information, so that we are sure that the request was made by an authorized person.
