Logging in to your account

To log in to your Smartlook account, go to the Smartlook login page. You can log in using your Google or Facebook accounts, your company's SSO, or your email address and password.

If you previously logged in using your Google or Facebook account and want to log in using your email address, you will have to reset your password.

Resetting your password

To reset your password:

  1. Click I forgot my password on the Login page.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send a reset link.
  3. Go to your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam box.

Logging out of your account

To log out of your account, click your initials at the bottom left and click Log out.

Making changes to your profile

You can make changes to your profile at any time in Users settings. For more information, see Account settings.
