Error detection

Smartlook can automatically detect JavaScript errors and stores then as an Error predefined event.

How to view errors

You can view errors by searching for an Error event in your sessions or events.

You can also view errors in the Smartlook player in the DevTools section. For more information, see Smartlook DevTools.

Anonymous errors

Occasionally, Smartlook might not be able to access the contents of error. If this happens, the error is filtered by the time it occurred. No other information can be determined.

Slack

If your organization uses Slack to communicate, you can integrate with Slack to send errors, links, and notes from the player.
