Vault sessions

Sessions are stored in your account for amount the time designated by the data history of your purchased plan. If you would like to keep sessions for a longer period of time, you can add them to the vault. Adding sessions to the vault saves them from being deleted when the data history expires.

Adding session to the vault

To add sessions to the vault:

1. In the Smartlook player, click the More options icon.
2. Click Add to vault.

Your session is now in your vault and will not be deleted.

Viewing sessions in your vault

To view sessions in your vault, go to the Sessions page and click Sessions in the vault.
