Terms of service

Effective 25 April 2024 for all new purchases of the Smartlook Cloud Platform (the “Product”) made on or after 25 April 2024 and any related renewals and upgrades.

By using the Product, and except as provided below, You agree that such use is governed by the Cisco General Terms and the Offer Descriptions and Supplemental Terms - Cisco (collectively, the “Agreement”). For purposes of the Agreement, if You are purchasing under a quotation from Smartlook.com, s.r.o (“Smartlook”), “Cisco” means Smartlook a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc. You also acknowledge that you have read the Smartlook Privacy Policy .

If You do not have authority to bind your company and its affiliates, or if You do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, do not use the Product.

If You are purchasing a renewal or add-on purchase for a subscription purchased before 27 September 2023, which was previously governed by signed terms of service or similar agreement with Smartlook.com, s.r.o (“Smartlook Agreement”), then use of the Product is governed by the Smartlook Agreement and not by the Agreement.
